Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchange Policy
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original condition.
- Underwear or any similar products are not returnable or exchangeable in order to preserve public health and hygiene.
- Sale items are typically not eligible for returns, but we may offer an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@neferlinens.com to request a return authorization mentioning the order number and the reasons for the return or exchange.
- Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Item Collection: We will arrange a courier pick-up for your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if the wrong item was sent.
Refunds
- Once we receive and verify the returned item's condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
