Shipping & Delivery Detail Delivery Times:
Generally, items take 8 days to 4 weeks to arrive, with ready-made items typically shipping in 8-10 working days.
  • Shipping Costs: Charges are based on item weight and destination and are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking is not currently supported, but customers receive an email once items have been dispatched.
  • Order Splits: If an order contains multiple items that are not all available, NEFER linens may split the shipment, sending available items first.
  • Pickup Options: Customers can opt for in-store pickup from authorized outlets or factory pickup in Egypt. 
Policies for Specific Situations
Incorrect Address/Changes: If an order has not yet been shipped, customers can email support@neferlinens.com to change their address or order details.
  • International Shipping: While primarily focused on Egypt, the company also offers options for regional locations such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan.
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: In case of errors or faulty products, customer support should be contacted for assistance.
